L-3 Communications Vertex Aerospace LLC has won a one-year contract modification in support of the US Navy’s TH-57 Sea Ranger trainer helicopter fleet.
The $83.05m modification has been awarded by the US Naval Air Systems Command, and requires the delivery of L-3 Communications systems to provide organisational and depot-level logistics services for the maintenance of the TH-57 helicopters.
The US Marine Corps (USMC) Technology Services Organization has awarded a $143.3m IT support contract to CSRA LLC.
CSRA will provide engineering, maintenance and operational support services for the USMC’s enterprise business systems under the new commitment.
The Boeing Company has won a deal for the installation of Block II infrared search and track systems (IRST) in the F/A-18 E/F Super Hornet multi-role fighter aircraft.
The contractor will design, develop and procure hardware, product support and technical risk reduction efforts for the IRST as part of the arrangement.
The $89m contract will run through April 2020 and has been awarded by the US Naval Air Systems Command.
The Pentagon Gear, a Brand of Timken Gears & Services Inc, has received a contract modification worth $98.09m for the supply of three main reduction gear shipsets for the US Navy’s DDG-125, DDG-126 and DDG-127 guided missile destroyers.
US Naval Sea Systems Command awarded the deal, which is set to run through May 2020.
The US Southwest Regional Maintenance Center has awarded a $93m deal to Control Engineering Maintenance Corp and six other companies for the maintenance of the US Navy’s ships.
The agreement has a one-year base period with four-year option periods, and includes non-complex emergent and maintenance of surface combatant ships, including DDG guided missile destroyers, guided missile cruisers, and amphibious ships.
