The industry’s overall hiring is decreased by 17.83% in June 2022 when compared with May 2022.
Out of the aerospace, defence & security industry’s total hiring activity, IT jobs claimed a 21.43% share in June 2022, recording an increase of 5.35% over the last three-month average share.
Top five job classifications in Poland’s aerospace, defence & security industry’s IT recruitment activity in June 2022
Out of the total job titles, the top five roles commanded a 100% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of Poland’s aerospace, defence & security industry in June 2022.
1) Database and Network Administrators and Architects recorded a share of 42.86% in June 2022, registering a flat growth over the previous month.
2) Miscellaneous Computer Occupations claimed a 28.57% share, an increase of 100% over the previous month.
3) Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers held a share of 28.57%, registering an 85.71% decline from May 2022.
Top five aerospace, defence & security companies in Poland’s IT recruitment activity in June 2022
The top five companies, in terms of number of jobs as tracked by GlobalData, have accounted for a combined average decline of 36.36% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of Poland’s aerospace, defence & security industry during June 2022 over May 2022.
The Boeing posted 2 IT jobs in June 2022 and registered a drop of 66.67% over the previous month, followed by CAE with 2 jobs and a 33.33% drop. Raytheon Technologies with 1 IT job and Meggitt with 1 jobs, recorded a flat growth and a flat growth, respectively, while Thales recorded a flat growth with 1 job postings during June 2022.
Junior Level job postings dominate in June 2022
Junior Level jobs held a share of 57.14%, down by 55.56% from May 2022. Mid Level positions with a 28.57% share, registered a decline of 71.43% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Entry Level job ads with a 14.29% share, down 50% over May 2022.
