Kratos Defense & Security Solutions has won a new training contract to offer educational training support to the Royal Saudi Naval Forces (RSNF).
The $16.10m cost-plus fixed fee contract was issued by the Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk Philadelphia Office.
The ceiling value of the contract, if all available options are exercised, is roughly $25.62m.
An extension to a previous US Foreign Military Sales (FMS) contract has also been awarded to the company, which is valued at $2.632m.
The company will continue to provide its training support services to the RSNF.
The support services include military-focused training, including technical and instructional services.

Kratos will continue to provide English Language Training (ELT) for RSNF personnel including the RSNF Naval Academy.
Kratos Training Division vice-president Jose Diaz said: “The award gives us the opportunity to continue to support the RSNF’s commitment to the transformational goals of the Ministry of Defense as it modernises its growing naval fleet.
“It is another example of the rapid international expansion of our training services in areas including the Middle-East, Australia and Europe.”
In June last year, the US Navy awarded a contract to Kratos for lot three of low-rate initial production (LRIP III) for the BQM-177A subsonic aerial target (SSAT).
