Bolidt B1 System

The Bolidt B1 system is especially developed for the outdoor areas of frigates to meet their specific requirements.

The seamless, strong and wear resistant Bolidt B1 System is applied where next to wear-resistance and surface friction also resistance to mechanical loads and protection of the substrate are characteristics that are of the utmost importance.

Through composition and choice of compatible layers, an excellent corrosion resistance is achieved.

The areas around the ‘Oto-Melara’ and the ‘BOZ-positions’ need special attention in order to withstand the additional usage.

These parts can be covered with a special underlayer, the so-called ‘Anti Dreun Compound MK’, enabling the decking to withstand the heavy loads coming into the decking.
