Fleet Cost Estimation Tool

On behalf of the German Federal Office of Bundeswehr Equipment, Information Technology and In-Service Support (BAAINBw), MTG is currently developing a tool, which allows the comparison of life cycle fleet costs.

Two fleets can be contrasted, while the main idea is to compare traditional and modular fleets. In this regard, modular means that some capabilities of the fleet can be conducted by using mission packages, which do not belong to certain ships but the whole modular fleet.
