Buffers Marine was formed as a new division in Buffers AB in 1995. Buffers Marine AB is representing products such as Boomeranger RIB-boats, Carinthia sleeping bags and bivy bags, Piexon pepper spray and our own brand Northgear, which includes ballistic floatation vests, dive suits, survival suits, carrying bags and travel packs. Buffers Marine AB is also the military supplier for Baltic lifejackets and vests.
Various systems solutions and total concept deliveries make us an overall supplier for many military, police and maritime organisations in Scandinavia and the rest of Europe and the World.
Many items have NSN NATO stock numbers, and Buffers Marine AB is also ISO 9001 certified.
NORTHGEAR DIVING AND SURVIVAL EQUIPMENT
Northgear is our own brand of diving and survival equipment, manufactured from the best fabrics and the latest techniques. Products include ‘top-of-the-line’ diving suits, rescue suits, carrying bags, travel packs, ballistic flotation vests, and other special products on demand
SURVIVAL SUITS AND DIVING SUITS
Northgear survival suits include constant wear immersion suits (SOLAS / MED approved), driver immersion suits and Over Water Flight (OWF) suits. These survival and diving suits are designed for the users requirements, and are available as standard or made to customer specifications.
BALLISTIC FLOATATION VEST
The Northgear ballistic floatation vest is ideal for law enforcement, coast guard and military personnel who require maximum mobility and ballistic protection around water.

CARRYING BAGS
We supply a small range of sturdy army-bags and travel packs, all made of 1000D Cordura. Army bags are available in 70L, 110L, 135L capacities and 70L + 20L for the Travel Pac. Other models can be made to specification.
BOOMERANGER RIB- BOATS
Boomeranger Boats’ scope of business is the design, manufacturing and sales of RIB-boats. They also manufacture sleeve components for AVCs and certain Finnspeed Workboats models on request. Several models have NATO stock numbers.
The company has a strong capacity in design. They use modern CAD-programs and all design work is done in-house. That makes Boomeranger very flexible in the custom tailoring process.
Our modern production facilities with in-house workshops are used for all the different construction work.
Boomeranger Boats Oy is ISO 9001 certified and many items have NSN NATO stock numbers. It has been audited for AQAP 120 and is work approved according to MED module D.
