Roy Quilliam, technical director of BMT Defence Services, comments: “Tim is one of the industry’s finest naval engineers and his experience is recognised and respected by our customers and partners alike. We are confident that he will rise to this new challenge and continue to play an integral role in driving BMT’s business forward.”
