Terma has successfully equipped the Romanian Navy’s Marasesti Frigate with a new command and control system that offers a scalable and competitive Nato-compliant solution.

The installation of the system is part of Terma’s industrial cooperation programme signed in December 2006 with the Romanian Agency for Offsetting Special Technique Procurements.

In addition to the C-Flex command and control system, the company has also implemented a new shore-based training system that supports the seamen in realistic training of naval command and control, including the Nato link system.

Terma has completed its offset programme with the navy ahead of schedule, which also included two Romanian companies Navtron and Syscom 18 Srl.
